EU members may travel and work in the UK with no visa requirement. Citizens from the USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand do not require a visa to visit the UK but are prohibited from work. Citizens from other countries require a visa which can be obtained from their nearest British Consular office.
Please check with the British Embassy or Consulate in your country to find out whether you need a visa, and if so, the documentation that must be supplied.

If you need AMEE to supply a letter of invitation to support your application please request this as early as possible, and no later than 31 May. If the Embassy needs a letter of invitation to be faxed or mailed, it is essential AMEE is supplied with the correct contact details.
Please Note: Before a letter of invitation can be issued, you should formally register for the conference.
