For registrations via the website you will receive an automated email and letter of confirmation, if you do not receive this please contact the AMEE Office (amee@dundee.ac.uk). Confirmation of hard copy submitted registrations will be issued by email as soon as they have been processed in the office.

1. Student rate applies to undergraduates and up to one year post-basic training. Not available for those on postgraduate courses except graduate entry to medicine.

Attendance at all conference sessions (Mon-Wed) including conference workshops; Lunch and coffee breaks (Mon-Wed); Opening Reception (Sun); Conference materials; Conference travel ticket.
Half-day workshops: £65 (includes coffee).
Full-day workshops: £140 (includes coffee and lunch).
Lunch is provided only for workshops 1,2 (Full-day),18 & 19.
It is recommended that you sign up for Pre-conference workshops at the time of registering. However, you will be able to log back into your web account and add any remaining workshops to your registration at any time after completing registration. Payment by credit card will be required at the time of booking.
Payment may be made by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), cheque or bank transfer, in Pounds Sterling only.
If you request to pay by invoice, please make sure that you provide accurate details in order for your payment to be processed by your institution, including any purchase order numbers, contact name, department and full address to which the invoice should be addressed to. Hard copy invoices are not issued by the AMEE Office, it is the delegates’ responsibility to print off the invoice at the time of registering and to arrange for payment to be processed. Delegates may log back into their web account at any time, select ‘my orders’ from the left menu and print off copies of invoices.
Payment should be received by the AMEE Office prior to commencement of the conference. Only by prior agreement may payment be made at the registration desk.
A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Notification in writing by 1 July: full refund less £50 administration fee;
Notification in writing by 1 August: 50% refund;
After 1 August: no refund can be given.
You can login to your AMEE web account at any time and cancel your registration. Any refunds due will be calculated and manually processed by the AMEE Office.

A limited number of free registrations is available to participants from the above countries who submit and have accepted an abstract for short communication or poster presentation. Both practising teachers and registered students from medical and healthcare professions institutions may apply. Please email your request to the AMEE Office (amee@dundee.ac.uk) by 12 March, after submission of your abstract, which can be done online or by email. Participants being offered free registration will be notified by 30 April.
