AMEE Governance

AMEE is guided by an Executive Committee, consisting of President, General Secretary/Treasurer and additional members. All (excluding General Secretary/Treasurer) serve for three years, and may be re-elected for one further three year period.

The day-to-day running of the Association is carried out by the AMEE office staff.

The General Assembly is held in August/September, during the annual conference. The agenda papers are circulated in May/June, and include an invitation to nominate committee members to fill the vacant places on the Executive Committee. Committee members are elected by the membership at the General Assembly.
