This new milestone opens-up opportunities to further the aims of MedEdPublish in increasing the openness and transparency of medical education research. This achievement is a reflection of the ongoing efforts and determined work of AMEE, the MedEdPublish Advisory Board, and the authorship to build and support open, transparent, and robust reporting of medical education research.
“Since its launch in 2016, MedEdPublish has developed into an innovative publication Platform that meets the needs of the medical and health professions education research community. The recent announcement that MedEdPublish will be indexed in PubMed represents another significant milestone, and AMEE is delighted that the excellent work of both the authors and reviewers will now be rewarded with the recognition they deserve.
